The HB Civic Association Code Enforcement Committee would like to advise you of how to handle complaints.
The Town’s Code Enforcement Dept investigates violations such as: Property maintenance issues; Litter and debris; Overcrowded houses; Parking complaints; Noise complaints; Rental law permit violations; Building without permits.
We urge you to call Code Enforcement directly at 702-2928 or email to: Codeenforcementinquireis@southamptontownny.gov
In the event you feel you are unable to make a complaint directly to them, and would like to make a report through us, please email at hbcodereports@hbcivic.org. You may also make a report to one of the Board Members at our monthly meetings. We will do what we can to help. We also ask they you keep us advised of any violations you have reported and the outcome. This will make us aware of disturbing trends or dangerous situations which we may want to bring to the attention of our elected officials.
